We will use the personal information you provide only for purposes consistent with the reason you provided it. In particular, we may use the information we collect for the following business purposes: (i) maintaining and servicing customer accounts; (ii) to advance the commercial or economic interests of our company; (iii) providing customer service and verifying customer information; (iv) in connection with the provision of advertising and marketing services; (v) providing analytic services; (vi) internal research for technological development; (vii) ensuring and improving the quality and safety of our services; (viii) debugging to address impairments to operational functionality of our website; and (ix) complying with applicable law and law enforcement requirements, and where required, in legal actions or claims GenSpan may be party to.

In order to exercise the rights, you must submit a consumer request and verify your identity with us. We will deliver a response to you within 45 days of receiving the verifiable consumer request.

You have the right to request that we delete any personal information that we have collected from you. However, we are not required to comply with a request to delete, if it is necessary for us to retain the personal information in order to:

  • Complete the transaction for which we collected the personal information, provide a good or service that you requested, take actions reasonably anticipated within the context of our ongoing business relationship with you, or otherwise perform our contract with you.
  • Detect security incidents, protect against malicious, deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity, or prosecute those responsible for such activities.
